The Chamber of Commerce and the Borough of Charleroi have partnered on projects ever since the Chamber's incorporation in 1921. Before that the 1902 Charleroi Board of Trade also worked with Borough officials to promote business and civic pride within the community. Current leadership and personnel in the Borough include:
